LaMar B. Brown is an attorney in the Newport Beach office of Robinson, Calcagnie & Robinson, although maintaining an office in San Diego, California. His expertise is in Civil litigation, primarily in the area of automobile and consumer product safety issues. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Utah State University in 1975 and his Juris Doctor degree from Western State University College of Law in San Diego in 1980.
He was admitted to the California bar in 1980 and is admitted to practice before all California State and Federal Courts and the Federal 9th Circuit Court of Appeal. His practice has included handling cases in courts throughout the United States, including, Arizona, Nevada, Tennessee, Indiana, Florida, Louisiana and Oklahoma, where his assistance and representation were requested by counsel in those various states.
Mr. Brown has over 20 years of litigation experience. He spent 7 years specializing in the defense of civil litigation, including representing product manufacturers, insurance companies and major corporations. Dissatisfied with corporate actions, Mr. Brown switched his practice to the exclusive representation of injured persons and has specialized in the area of consumer product safety and automobile defect litigation over the last 13 years.
